The official complaints procedure is as follows:


If you are concerned about the quality and safety of your treatment, or the professional conduct of the therapist you are working with:

1] In the first instance, you should put your concerns in writing (email or letter) to the therapist you've been working with, so that they may respond, and where appropriate, seek to resolve the issue.

2] If you are not satisfied after speaking directly with the therapist to express your concerns, the next step would be to contact the therapists registered body and go through their complaint procedures.
