Our Coaches

Coaching is a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. It brings together thoughtful conversation and practical support, helping you make sense of where you are now and where you’d like to be.

With a more therapeutic approach, coaching doesn’t just focus on goals in isolation. It also pays attention to the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that sit underneath them. Often, the things that hold us back aren’t a lack of ability, but the habits, beliefs, or past experiences we carry with us. Coaching creates the space to explore these, without judgement, and to begin making changes that feel realistic and lasting.

What is Therapeutic Coaching?

At its core, therapeutic coaching is a collaborative process. You’re not being given a set of instructions or quick fixes. Instead, it’s about having the time and support to think things through properly, to notice what’s working (and what isn’t), and to find your own way forward.

It can help you to:

  • Get clearer on what you want and why it matters to you

  • Recognise patterns or beliefs that may be holding you back

  • Build confidence and trust in your own decisions

  • Work through periods of change or uncertainty

  • Develop healthier ways of responding to challenges

  • Take steady, practical steps towards meaningful change

There’s space to reflect, but also a gentle focus on action, so insights don’t just stay as ideas, but turn into something you can carry into everyday life.

How Coaching Works

Sessions are shaped around you. There isn’t a fixed script or one-size-fits-all approach. Some sessions might feel more reflective, others more practical, it depends on what you need at the time.

You might find yourselves:

  • Talking things through in a structured but natural way

  • Exploring patterns in thoughts, behaviour, or reactions

  • Looking at different perspectives or possibilities

  • Setting goals or small next steps

  • Using simple tools or techniques to support change

The pace is led by you, with support and guidance along the way.

Is Coaching Right for You?

Coaching can be helpful if you’re feeling stuck, at a crossroads, or simply ready for something to shift. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start, in fact, many people come to coaching because they don’t.

It does work best when you’re open to reflecting on your experiences and willing to try small changes over time.

Coaching isn’t a substitute for therapy where specialist mental health support is needed, but it can sit alongside personal development and growth, offering a more forward-looking and practical focus.

A Personalised Approach

Everyone’s situation is different, so coaching is always tailored to you. Whether you’re looking for more direction, confidence, balance, or a sense of change, the process is shaped around what feels right and manageable for you.

At its heart, coaching is about creating space, space to think, to understand yourself better, and to move forward in a way that feels more like your own.
